I am also aware that:
1.       This will be considered and used as “written authorization” by Multiway Employment  Pte Ltd. It will be valid for one year.
2.       Multiway Employment  Pte Ltd will retain a confidential record of any information regarding my company obtained from MOM e-service.
Note: Any false declaration, authorization or information provided by the client may lead to an offense and lawsuit by the relevant authorities/ agencies. Multiway Employment  Pte Ltd will not be liable for any case resulting from client negligence/criminal conduct under any circumstance.
